We believe yoga is more than just movement. It's a journey inward, a practice of presence, and a path toward balance. Rooted in the fluidity and strength of vinyasa yoga, our studio is a space for exploration and connection.
Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, our experienced instructors guide you through intentional sequences that challenge the body, calm the mind, and nurture the spirit. We honor the traditions of yoga while embracing a modern, welcoming approach that meets you exactly where you are.
"HERE" is a reminder to be present, to be grounded, to show up and be met exactly where you are. "NORTH" represents direction,both where we are geologically located, and where we are going. Together, they create a space where you can move, breathe, and realign with your truest self.

THE STUDIO
Our studio brand is rooted in the present moment, intentionally shedding stressors from the outside world to create a sacred space within community.
Located near the northern US border, on the third floor of the Montgomery Ward building, in the heart of downtown Newport. This small modern studio is mirrorless and technology-free to preserve and ignite inner peace and wellbeing.
You are welcome to bring your own mat. Mats and props are also available free of charge so that all you have to do is show up.
