All of our classes are designed for all levels, with modifications available to support your intended practice that day. If it’s your first class, let your instructor know so they can provide additional guidance and support.
We also offer Foundations and Pose Lab workshops a few times a month—these are great for breaking down and exploring both beginner and advanced poses in more detail.
All instructors hold at least a 200hr certificate from credible Yoga Alliance institutions and have extensive training in their respective styles.
No. To maintain a safe and smooth experience for everyone in the studio, we do not offer late entry once the door is closed. Many classes begin with grounding breathwork and meditation, and late arrivals can disrupt the experience for everyone.
We highly recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before class to ensure enough time for parking, check-in, and set up.
Whatever you can move and feel comfortable in! We suggest going barefoot to properly grip your mat - shoes must be kept outside.
